The HQi Roadshow
Our journey into schools, colleges and educational institutions in and around Shillong to promote healthy eating without compromising on taste in children.
Covering over 30 schools in the past 2 years, the HQi Roadshow is our way of introducing healthy food to children, bridging the gap between taste, health and appeal.
The Journey
We, at Health Quotient inspired, believe that being healthy is a process that starts at a young age. Children are the most energetic creatures known to mankind and yet, they're also the most vulnerable age group. Millet can help offset immunity related illnesses and boost the immune system.
Introducing millet at a young age into their diet not only helps them overcome nutritional deficiencies but also opens up the opportunity for children to explore new or different kinds of food and not just stick to common regular ingredients.
For many, the taste of millet is difficult to get used to and people often call it an acquired taste. This is why when parents allow children to explore different kinds of food, they learn that healthy food doesn't always need to be unappealing.
